We are seeking a Customer Service Representative that will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires a keen understanding of the manufacturing processes, Microtrac’s services, and the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Doing what is fun

Accurately enter customer orders and required information into MRP system
Process order completion in MRP system
Create job tickets and maintain customer communication in CRM
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within requested time frames
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicate frequently with sales, production, logistics, engineering, and accounting to ensure data accuracy
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Experience with order processing, ERP, and CRM systems
